This 4495 m2 building whose concrete structure had been built in 2009, is redesigned as a student dormitory. The 226 bed dormitory is located within education complex. Sleeping and studying areas are separated in the rooms which are designed for two or four students. Kitchens with dining space are arranged for students on every floor. Common study and meeting rooms, lounges, and sport facilities are designed on the ground floor.
